CrossFit has released their first workout of the open, and it is a doozie!

10 Rounds For Time:

8 Shoulder to Overhead (95/65)

10 Bar Facing Burpees

Time Cap: 15 Minutes

This is a burner folks! This will make you want to cry by round 3 and quit by round 6. The advice here is simple. Keep moving.

The way you approach the barbell should be predicated on how easily you can move that weight. if you can snatch it, ideally unbroken, no more than two sets. If clean and jerks are easier for you, go that route.

As for the burpees, just don't stop. Keep an even pace, and as soon as you hit the deck, get back up. This is a grind, but remember, there is a 15-minute time cap, so it won't last forever!
