THE 3 KEYS TO A SUCCESSFUL HOTEL WORKOUT

When you travel, exercise is still a must, especially if you travel often. For the purpose of this blog, we are going to assume that the hotel/motel in question does NOT have a fitness facility of any kind. You have no weights, no dumbbells, nothing. How do you stay fit? Here are the three keys my people.

1. PUSH-UPS

This is an upper body exercise the hits a majority of the upper body, most notably the triceps, chest, and you also brace your core all the way down through your glutes. This doesn't require much space and is nice and quiet if your hotel room is above another.

2. SIT-UPS

This is obviously a core-concentrated exercise, pretty straight forward and wildly effective. This doesn't require much space and is nice and quiet if your hotel room is above another.

3. AIR-SQUATS

Hitting the lower part of the body here, squats will work the glutes and quads in a very effective manner. This doesn't require much space and is nice and quiet if your hotel room is above another.

Put these three movements together, add some intensity, and you have a total body workout, sans weights, that will be devastating in the best way. And guess what all these movements have in common? They don't require much space and are nice and quiet if your hotel room is above another.

Go now, fitness friends, and exercise anytime, anywhere.
