Workout of the Week - New Year, Who Dis

Happy 2021! I hope this year is filled with fun workouts, fun people, and minimal scarring (mentally and physically).  The workout I chose for this week is as follows:

5 minutes of rowing

15-second rest

4 minutes of KB Lunges (62lb or whatever you can keep moving with)

15-second rest

3 minutes of KB swings (62lb or whatever you can keep moving with)

15-second rest

2 minutes of burpees

15-second rest

1 minute of front squats (135/95)

The score is the total reps

The rowing was a great way to get loose so it was not the worst part but KB swings are where things started to get spicy. By the time the front squats came around, there wasn’t a whole lot left but the important play is to not put the bar down. A wise man once told me, ‘You can do anything for a minute.’ He is pretty wrong but I managed to not put that bar down…..this time.
