As you will see on the itinerary, there is a ‘Day 0’. We have added this option for you, should you wish to arrive early for any reason. Flight arrival times into Da Nang can be late, and we want to make sure that you get the best possible flight price, so you should not be limited to certain flights and can arrive on either April 18th or April 19th.

PRE-ARRIVAL: HOI AN

  • Based on flight times, if you would like to arrive in Da Nang the day before the official start date, you may do so.

  • VoyEdge RX guides will meet you at the airport, followed by heading to the hotel to check in.

  • There will be no official schedule or plans for the day, but you will be able to explore Hoi An with fellow early arrivals.

FANSIPAN HIKE

  • Full-day hike of the tallest mountain in Vietnam

    • The ascent of Fansipan will take 5.5 to 6.5 hours

  • Return to the accommodation and relax

  • Free day in Sapa area to do a little trek, relax, or explore the town

  • Transfer to Hanoi in the evening

  • Flight to Siem Reap, Cambodia

      • There will also be time to visit these on the morning of April 28.

ANGKOR WAT

  • Bike tour of Angkor Wat Temple Complex

    • Will be an early morning start to avoid the heat and some crowds

  • After signing up, VoyEdge RX will send you an invoice for the remaining balance for you to make payments as you wish. All invoices must be paid off at least 90 days before the trip kicks off, otherwise a 10% fee is applied.

    • All accommodations and prices on this trip are booked as double occupancy. If you are booking alone, you will be placed with a member of the same sex and similar age. There is a chance you score your own room, but that is left up to chance depending on the number of bookings. If you are booking as a couple or with a friend, you will be placed in the same room together. Just let us know if you would like one or two beds on the trip sign-up form.

    • If you would like private accommodations, please select that option during checkout and $150 extra per night will be added to your invoice. Please note, private accommodations may not be available during the entire duration of this tour.

    • You may choose to arrive early or stay late, if you wish Please note that you will be responsible for booking your own transportation, activities, and meals if you are staying late. You have the option of having VRX book you a hotel room and adding the cost to your invoice for a small fee.

    • Hikes, workouts and box drop-ins are part of this tour and included in the price. You do NOT need to be an athlete in order to sign-up, although daily workouts and fitness options are available for you to participate in.

    • We welcome all ages, abilities, fitness levels and only require you to be willing to step outside your comfort zone and try new things while on this tour.

    • This trip requires a minimum of 6 people to sign-up in order for it to be led as a 'group tour' on behalf of VoyEdge RX. If we do not reach the minimum number of participants at least 150 days out from the tour, you will have the option of either getting a full refund, the ability to transfer to another tour at no charge or having us book this tour as a private tour for you.     • Prepare for your trip by scheduling a visit with your MD. As your trip gets closer, you’ll want to catch up on all routine vaccinations, discuss antimalarial options, and add in a couple of specific vaccinations (such as typhoid and Japanese encephalitis). More on this later!

You can do this by calling your provider and asking what medical services (including evacuation) it would cover should anything happen.
