20 dumbbell hang squat cleans

15 burpees

What are your goals? What do you wish to achieve this year, next year or even next week? How do you plan on getting there? The above quote is simple, yet so elegant. So many of us just sift through life choosing and reacting with our emotions by what comes to us daily. It is human nature to be reactive.

But, when we take a step forward and say, ‘I am going to do ____ this year’ things tend to change. It gives us action, it gives us purpose and allows us to become proactive towards what we want to achieve and our mind subconsciously finds a way to get us there bit by bit.

So, what are your goals, what are your plans? To be fit? To lose weight? Good. Then go and get some.
