Travel workouts are key for when you’re on the go and don’t have access to a full gym. That’s why we are providing them to you for when you have limited equipment and need a quick idea on what to do! If you can find an access to a dumbbell, try this workout down below and make it a 20, 24, 28, 32, 36 or even 40-minute EMOM!

50 lbs. Dumbbell would be ideal, but you can use a lower weight or even a kettlebell if you need access to it. Shout out to @MarcusFilly for this one, too.

Use this and get after it!

EMOM x 20/24/28/32.... (add 4 mins up to a max of 40mins)


1st - Bent Over Row + Snatch High Pull + Muscle Snatch x 3/arm
2nd - 8 Dumbbell Cross Body RDL/arm
3rd - 8 Half Kneeling Arnold Press/arm
4th - 8 Single Arm DB Rack Reverse Lunge/leg


*50/35lbs would be an Rx load if you are feeling like getting after it!
