'Murph' is by far one of my favorite hero WOD's. It actually brought a tear to my eye in the first mile, and here's why this particular workout is so meaningful. Run 1 mile, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 air squats, run 1 mile (ADV: with a 20 lbs vest).
