Who doesn't love partner workouts? #AmIRight?

This weeks #WODoftheWEEK comes to you from Upper Cape CrossFit, where Marc, Aimee, Meghan and I dropped-in yesterday. 

Why, you ask? 

Well, we had a BUNCH of awesome ladies sign-up for our Costa Rica 2018 trip, and we wanted to show them some love by heading down there to WOD with them. In true amazing fashion, they were having a girls weekend and got to the box bright and early to sweat out the fun from the day before. Who doesn't know that feeling?

Ok. Moving on. 

Upper Cape CrossFit is in Cataumet, MA (on Cape Cod) and has an awesome facility and coaches. Everyone was super receptive to us coming in (they even let Sadie our dog in) and we stretched out for a long while before hitting a WOD with this amazing group. 

Anyways, let's get to the #WODoftheWEEK


  • 80 double unders

  • 60 wall balls 20/14

  • 20 handstand pushups 

  • 10 deadlifts 235/175

If you split the work up evenly, it's not bad. But after the halfway mark, those 10 minutes left seem like forever. Try it out (scale for obvious purposes) and don't forget to post your time to comments. 

Try subbing out handstand push-ups for regular push-ups, or knee push-ups. If scaling those double unders, just double the amount of single unders. The purpose of this WOD is to keep moving fast and efficiently. Helps with sweating out the booze. Trust us.
