multiple movements, all in one. How can you string it together?
All right, folks! The final video in our strict muscle-up series is here! We have used this series as an opportunity to break down the muscle-up transition. Many people have the strength to perform the movement, but just can't push past that tricky transition.
The drill we have this week uses a band to create a saddle, which allows you to get the feeling of the movement while taking away some of your body weight (just like a banded pull-up or ring dip). This should be performed as accessory skill work along with the russian dips and our first transition drill from week 1. Good luck, and HAVE FUN!!!
