How to Stay Fit While Traveling - Exercise Outdoors, wherever you are is BACK with another Travel WOD this week. Let's dive in. 

It's tough to stay fit while traveling.

It doesn't matter what kind of fitness routine you have at home. Everything is up in the air when you're in airports, hotels, conferences, meetings, sightseeing or visiting friends and family. To make matters even worse, most hotels do not have gyms – at least not legit ones. This doesn't mean that you have to put your fitness on hold when you travel. In fact, it's the perfect time to get in great shape. You just need the right info.

WOD #8

5 Rounds For Time:

10 Hand Release Push-Ups

15 Jump Squats

20 Burpees

Eaasy enough, right? Hand-release push ups can be tough. Especially when full letting go of what you need to and taking off right afterwards into the jump squat. If you need a tutorial, watch the video down below and don't forget to comment down below with your time. 

Watch the video down below, and focus on cruising through those burpees! It's still 100 for time, so it's going to be spicy! Pace yourselves, and do this workout ANYWHERE. That's what Fittest Travel is all about.
