We just got back from our National Parks trip, and in-between all the dune buggy riding, hiking, stargazing and more, we were lucky enough to fit a few good workouts in. The following was one of those workouts we did while on tour, and we thought it was a burner. No barbell required, just some good ole fashioned body movements to help you get the blood flowing.
You ready for this?
5 Round For Time:
50 Air Squats
40 Porch Jumps (on a rock)
30 Mountain Climbers
10 Push Ups
Don't know what a porch jump is? Check this video out here. Also known as a box jump (minus the box). All in all, five rounds of this was more than enough to get the sweat going and blood flowing. After all the hiking, it was totally necessary to flush the lactic acid, and this was the perfect workout to help us do just that.
