Wisdom of the Week- Closing out the Toe to Bar
Hey folks!! We apologize for the delay, but finally, after a couple week hiatus, we present to you the final video from our toe to bar series!
This drill is EXCELLENT for developing hip flexor strength and flexibility, which is a vital part of performing the toe to bar. Keep your legs straight, and start with a lower target if you need to before moving onto the taller dumbbells. Practice sets of these 2-3 times per week and you'll notice a HUGE difference in your toes to bar before too long.
