Fittest Travel WOD #10 - 11/10/2017
You must learn to master your own body in order to become the machine you truly are.
FittestTravel.com has one of the best travel workout / lifestyle blogs I've ever read. They are constantly putting out KILLER content on everything related to travel and fitness, and it's life-changing stuff. I'm proud to have them allow us to repost some of their content on our blog, because it's crucial information that's going to make each one of our lives better.
As it is, they have an amazing list of travel workouts that you can do anywhere, seriously. And that's why every Friday, no matter where you're going, you can take these with you.

5 Rounds For Time:
20 Split Squats
10 Handstand or Pike Push-Ups
Long story short, these workouts are compiled for you TO BE ABLE TO DO THEM ANYWHERE. Body movements are a gift, and the more you can learn to use your weight during a workout, it will benefit you in the long run. Eventually, you'll be able to turn your body into a fitness machine, and keep these workouts handy where you go. Gyms are not needed to stay fit, and that's part of the adventurous and athletic nomad lifestyle Fittest Travel is constantly putting out there.
Your health is your most important asset. You can be the most successful person in the world but that won't matter if you don't have your health.
- Sir Richard Branson
It's tough to stay fit while traveling.
It doesn't matter what kind of fitness routine you have at home. Everything is up in the air when you're in airports, hotels, conferences, meetings, sightseeing or visiting friends and family. To make matters even worse, most hotels do not have gyms – at least not legit ones. This doesn't mean that you have to put your fitness on hold when you travel. In fact, it's the perfect time to get in great shape. You just need the right info.
Fittest Travel was started in 2016 to help frequent travelers stay fit while traveling.
