As Many Rounds as Possible (AMRAP) in 20 Minutes:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 Pistol Squats
We all know 20 minutes of anything can be pretty spicy. Add in the fact you have two gymnastic movements to test out, and things can get pretty hairy quick. Let's talk about both:
HANDSTAND PUSH-UPS: If you haven't mastered the handstand push-up yet, get to it! They are a movement you can do anywhere that has a wall. Which is pretty much everywhere, and allows for maximum fitness of an awesome (and intense) bodyweight movement. The kipping motion is definitely HARD, but something you can do to practice in the meantime is just to kick up, and simply hold your feet against the wall for an unbridged amount of time.

PISTOL SQUAT: The pistol squat is just a one legged squat move that you do with one foot at a time. It is deceptively tricky, but also one of the most amazing bodyweight movements you can perform on the planet. And put together with handstand push-ups in a 20 minute AMRAP, these two movements will have your arms, core, and legs shaking with a good workout.
