Run 100 meters
The combination of running and burpees can be brutal. You never know what to expect, and running 1000 meters and doing 100 burpees is no joke.
But, that is the best part about not having a gym or any equipment to use....you can use your legs and body as the perfect way to break a sweat, and that is something Fittest Travel is all about.

Anyways, this workout should be done efficiently and with haste. If you aren't able to measure out a 100-meter run, just run for about 10-15 seconds, then turn around. It should be near the equivalent of 100 meters. Sweat it out, keep grinding, and save this workout for when you need to get your fitness on. Anytime. Anywhere.
