  • 100 burpees for time

Post your time to comments

The burpee is a tough move for anyone. It doesn't matter if you are as light as a feather, or weight over 200 lbs., the burpee will be unforgiving. But, that is what makes it so special. It is a full body movement designed to use your own weight as a counter-measure. All the way down (chest to deck) then all the way back up and clap over your head.

Doing one burpee will leave you winded, but doing 100? That is challenging as hell. Either way, you can do them anywhere and that is the beauty of this workout. For most people, this will take between 6-10 minutes. But, the goal no matter what, should be to stay consistent. Get the sweat on, rock your body, and eat the elephant one bite at a time.

Pro tip: Count down from 100 instead of counting up. It will make it so much easier.

Watch down below for more instruction on the burpee movement itself.

Your health is your most important asset. You can be the most successful person in the world but that won't matter if you don't have your health.

It's tough to stay fit while traveling.

It doesn't matter what kind of fitness routine you have at home. Everything is up in the air when you're in airports, hotels, conferences, meetings, sightseeing or visiting friends and family. To make matters even worse, most hotels do not have gyms – at least not legit ones. This doesn't mean that you have to put your fitness on hold when you travel.

In fact, it's the perfect time to get in great shape. You just need the right info.

Our Mission

Fittest Travel was started with one mission: to help you stay fit while traveling.

Our Philosophy

Traveling is incredible. Whether it's for business or for pleasure, having the opportunity to see the world can be amazing. Many travelers struggle with maintaining a fitness routine when they're away from home. The reality is that traveling and fitness are a perfect combination for physical and mental health.

Hotels have been upping their fitness game in recent years, with many offering new and innovative ways to help their guests stay fit and healthy. But you can't always rely on there being a gym around when you're away from home.

Stick with us and we'll show you how you can stay fit while traveling. We're covering everything travelers need to know about fitness - from hotel gyms to hotel room workouts.
