Staying Fit During the Holidays
Traveling during the holidays can be stressful, but that doesn’t mean you have to skip all your workouts! Even with no access to a gym or equipment, there’s always a bodyweight WOD that can kick your butt.
The squat jump will get your heart pumping and legs burning. Don’t forget- knees out, chest up, heels down! The grasshoppers are a fun twist to the mountain climber to work your whole body. Be sure to keep your core tight, butt down, and drive those knees to your elbows. Enjoy!!!
Getting your workout in can take less than 10 minutes. Make the time for it while you're on the go- not only is it good for your fitness, but it's good for your mental health too!
