Anyways, - this workout here comes from Fittest Travel, one of our key marketing partners and an AWESOME company started by an Army Veteran and current firefighter in Manhattan, Chris Castellano. He has started a movement based around staying fit while traveling and has a fantastic blog that I love reading. Covering everything from cruises, to how to squeeze in a workout at the airport.
And if you are into working out, you are in luck. They have some SERIOUS workouts you can do anywhere, or in a hotel gym and are the perfect 'go to' workouts when you are traveling. This one above, with 100 pull-ups, 100 push-ups 100 sit-ups and 100 air squats can be partitioned into the following:
Or, 10 ROUNDS
- 10 pull-ups
- 10 push-ups
- 10 sit-ups
- 10 air squats
- 20 pull-ups
- 20 push-ups
- 20 sit-ups
- 20 squats
Either way, this workout is guaranteed to get you feeling in the wing of things and will take you a while to complete. If you have a pull-up bar - awesome! If not, find one, use a tree, use something!
