Got a good one coming to you today from CrossFit Park City that Marc & Aimee just tackled.
Partner workouts are always AWESOME because it gives you just enough time to breathe as you help push each other. And it certainly takes a lot of time and effort into creating the 'right' partner workout, so whenever we come across a good one, we usually save 'em for the #WODoftheWEEK.
Anyways, let's dive in:
10 rounds for time
(5 per partner- partner 1 completes a round, then partner 2…)
5 hang power snatches (135/95#)
10 push jerks (135/95#)
15 cal assault bike
This workout is TRICKY here because you have a pretty heavy power snatch, right into TEN clean & jerks. If you can do all 10 jerks unbroken, then good for you....if you're like me, and probably cannot do ten unbroken at that weight, you're going to drop the bar in-between, adding ANOTHER power snatch to your workload per round. This is where going unbroken can really help you. If you're unable to, it may obviously add to your time.

Just think about it and plan ahead. Maybe go for four power snatches, then into your 5th one, and then into the jerks. Either way, it's not an easy transition. Oh, and the assault bike? Woof.
