Travel WOD "Double Up." 2.03.2017

Why do a travel WOD?

Well, sometimes athletes don't have access to gyms - and the need to be resourceful presents itself with a bold opportunity....there's a huge misnomer in the 'gym' community, that you need a central place to stay fit. To use weights. To break a sweat. And while that's wholly untrue, the sport of fitness, THE SPORT OF CROSSFIT, itself is centered around using bodyweight to construct the best you possible.

Whether it's pushups, air squats, situps, burpees, pistols or more, there are ample ways to break a sweat, no matter where you are in the world.

That's why we've put together a whole list and blog page full of travel WOD's. There's a plethora of movements out there that use just your body and gravity to help sculpt, mold and break down your body into a bigger, better stronger you.

So, without further a a due, we present, "Double Up,' courtesy of Larry Thomas, head coach of Commonwealth CrossFit and Reebok CR One Nation.
