Everyone's headed home for the holidays soon. Tons of cake, cookies, alcohol and....no gym. So, how can we stay fit? What's a good method for staying fit besides shoveling for two hours the next day after Christmas?
Well, Coach Larry is back with another travel WOD. This one is a bit spicy. I just did it myself the other day as a buy out. Wrong choice. This one is for real. Let's dive in and see what Larry has in store for us.
