  • 15 DEADLIFTS (275# / 185#)

  • 30 PISTOLS

  • 60 DOUBLE UNDERS

Pistols are arguably the hardest movement here. If you don't frequently do them, they can be incredibly tough to master. And if you're a tall guy, you best bet is to be flexible or else these can be an excruciatingly tough movement to execute.

Set Up - Start with your heel under your hip, with one leg straight out in front of you with your weight balanced about your mid-foot. Execution - Move your hips back and descend down into the squat. In the bottom position your hip crease is below the top of the knee.
