While Partner 2 does:
15 Jumping Lunges
When Partner 1 returns from the run, pick up where Partner 2 left off.
Complete as many rounds as possible within 25 minutes.
This workout was performed while our crew was in Split, Croatia on our past trip this July 2018. While there is an awesome box in Split (checkout CrossFit Box V) our time was a little short and we weren't able to make it outside the city center of Split for a drop-in. All we had was the morning to get up and get after it, and what better way to stay fit while traveling than to do a travel WOD early in the morning right on the Riviera?
Tony, Marc & Sasha put this workout together to get a quick sweat on before tackling the day, and with burpees, grasshoppers, jumping lunges and some running, this is the perfect workout to burn some calories while utilizing your entire body and focusing on core stabilization.
