Fittest Travel is BACK with another workout you can do after a long flight, or during a hotel stay, with a workout called, 'Filthy Fifty.' And while that's not the nicest name ever for a workout, you can be sure 50 of anything is probably going to have a lot of suck to it. 

Fittest Travel is a community website with loads of amazing content and programming to help you find a workout while you travel. It doesn't have to be in a gym, and finding fitness anywhere is the centerpiece of their philosophy.

50 Wall Slides

50 Glute Bridges

This one is going to take you close to 20-25 minutes, guaranteed and looks like a real burner. Whether or not you are an active person while you travel, or more of a homebody, this is a workout you can do anywhere, and with a wall, some energy, and more, this workout looks like a complete sweat fest. 

The one movement I did NOT know how to do here was the Wall Slide, but you can get a good intro to it right here. Anyways, the rest of it you SHOULD know how to do, and I hope you'll add this one to the rest of your repertoire of travel workouts while you're on the go!
