Wisdom of the Week- The Pistol Squat part 3
Happy Wednesday!! Let's get right to it. If you can perform the pistol squat CORRECTLY, it has serious benefits for leg strength, balance, and flexibility. However, there is a lot of room for error- so be sure to attempt these under a coach's watchful eye. Don't forget about your basic air squat points of performance: keep your heel down, chest up, and drive your knee out!
Are you able to perform these with good form and a full range of motion while holding onto something for balance? This might be a solid scaling option for you.
