This song has been out for the last 8 months and in no way is 'new' but this week I haven't been able to stop playing it over and over. Love that A$AP Rocky, Cardi B, French Montana and more are on this track, too. It bumps to say the least, and I cannot stop listening to it at the box, on my way to work and more.
I remember when this first came out, but I was like, 'meh' and now that summer has hit, I'm totally into this song.
Now, I have to say....I'm not a huge fan of newer rap in general, but this has a real solid vibe to it with a real backstory to it. You can just feel it from the minute you hear the beat and the lyrics (while they aren't the cleanest), there's still a lot of eloquence to it that match the vibe of the track extremely well. I also do not know that much about G-Eazy, but the more I dig into him, the more I can get down with what he's doing. He has taken a lot of chances to get where he is today. Definitely chalk this one up to the 'Must Have Music' playlist.
