The "home base" of OM with amazing food provided made this seem like *both* a spiritual retreat *and* a fitness adventure vacation. Come prepared for adventure, fitness, incredible food, incredible views and I also recommend taking full advantage of the offered daily yoga classes and getting some body work done (the 2-hour Thai massage was incredible).
