This is also where historic battles have been fought, won, and decided the fates of many natives to this magical country.
You will see the continental divide, and learn about the history of this magical place before departing to the Strokkur Geysir, and of course, the Gullfoss Waterfall. This awe-inspiring water feature is now the main source of hydroelectric power for the entire country of Iceland. Finally, you will end the day by doing a 1-2 hour snowmobile tour on one of Iceland's largest glaciers - Langjökull!
